Carrier Refurbishment

We design and manufacture a range of other parts and accessories for circular knitting machines, and have also recently introduced a refurbishing service for yarn carriers in which the carriers receive a special ceramic coating.

Ceramic coated carriers are becoming a more urgent requirement for the circular fabric machines which need to knit particularly abrasive yarns and the ceramic coating has proven successful in extending carriers life.

We can refurbish any type of carrier to suit any make of machine.

Above is a sample carrier illustrating the extreme wear and abrasion that modern yarns have on guides and carriers. This is in stark contrast to the refurbished carrier which has a ceramic coating which not only gives a cost effective method of renewing your old carriers but given the coatings low friction qualities will increase its life.
