CS Zirconia Ceramic Spindle

Inchlines have developed this new CS Zirconia Ceramic Spindle for use on the TS Elastomeric units. Trials in several different knitting plants have had excellent results.

The main benefit of the ceramic spindle is that lint does not build up, as it would with the wheel in this position. The side guards allow the elastomeric to oscillate along the ceramic shaft. The use of ceramic not only gives a smooth and hard wearing surface but there is no maintenance as there are no wearing or revolving parts.
