Self Grip Wheels
The main benefit of our unique two-tone Self Grip
Elastomeric
wheel is that it is easily removed and cleaned and all the
operator needs to do is push it back on, this saves a lot
of down time on the machine. We suggest a spare set on
hand as this enables the operator to change a full set of
wheels in less than one hour.
The other benefit is the Two-Tone feature on all of our
BLK-V range of wheels, as it shows the operator that the
wheels are rotating, which is important for constant
plaiting of fabric.
Our wheels are now used by most of the major knitting
machine builders as their standard wheel choice.
As our wheels fit on either a 1.5mm
or 2mm shaft, which is the standard on all machines, we
hold stock of both shaft sizes and wheel diameter. This
enables us to offer next day delivery to anywhere in the
world.
